Rotary Diaphragm Pumps

Why Choose Rotary Diaphragm?

The patented rotary diaphragm technology has a revolutionary pumping principle. The flow is initiated by an eccentrically mounted bearing on a drive shaft which revolves within a flexible diaphragm. As the shaft rotates, the bearing flexes the diaphragm, squeezing liquid through the pump.

Self Priming

The patented Rotary Diaphragm pumping principle that the RD Series uses is self priming. There is no need to siphon the pump before use due to its ability to run dry.

Viscous Pumping

The unique ability to pump the increasingly viscous syrups used to produce soft drinks from cellar to the bar, without the need for compressed Air/Gas connections, pressure regulations

and associated installation cost.

Pumps Debris

The patented Rotary Diaphragm technology is one of few pumping principles on the market that can pump suspended solids and pulps making it great for juice pumping and smoothie vending.

NSF Food Pumping

The patented Rotary Diaphragm technology comes with multiple material options enabling it to comply with both US & EU food grades in one material.

Dose Accuracy

The Rotary Diaphragm pumping principle allows significantly improved dose accuracy even in very small quantity dosing applications.

No Maintenance

No servicing, no maintenance, no replacement parts. Nothing! Our pumps

are designed to last.

Any Orientation

All of the rotary diaphragm pumps in

the range can be mounted in any orientation. Giving you versatility in installation.

Hot or Cold

The patented Rotary Diaphragm can function under hot and cold temperatures without hampering its performance.

Run Dry

The patented Rotary Diaphragm technology, has the ability to

run dry, enabling it to remove any liquids

and reduce the likelihood of organic growth inside the tubing.

Compact Size

The bevrolution range is compact and light weight enabling it to free up space inside vending machines. A small sized pump with big performances.

Sugar Tax

Rotary Diaphragm technology can also lend itself as a cost effective solution to sugar tax. Increase in syrup viscosity can actually reduce the taxes paid per bag of syrup.

Reversible
Cleaning Cycle

Symetrical valve-less design allowing the pump to change the direction of the flow

by simply reversing

the polarity.

Patented Design

Charles Austen Pumps Ltd are the only pump manufacturer in the world who produces the inherently reliable patented Rotary Diaphragm (RD) technology.

Dairy Pumping

Suitable for fresh Dairy pumping and dispense. Due to its ability to

run dry and ability to pump cold beverages.

WHY CHOOSE US

INNOVATING PUMPS FOR THE BEVERAGE INDUSTRY

Rotary Diaphragm Pumps & Technology

The patented rotary diaphragm technology has a revolutionary pumping principle. The flow is initiated by an eccentrically mounted bearing on a drive shaft which revolves within a flexible diaphragm. As the shaft rotates, the bearing flexes the diaphragm, squeezing liquid through the pump.

No tubing to replace at frequent intervals, Rotary Diaphragm technology is service and maintenance free.

Reversible pumping ability is great for 2 way systems or stopping your drink system from dripping.

A wide variety of material options to suit hot or cold temperatures making it great for coffee machines or chilled beverages.

Synchronous motor technology offers  more compact pump without sound complaints from gearbox motor.

Self priming, making installation a lot easier and enable you to mount the pump in any orientation.

Has the unique ability to pump highly viscous liquids while maintaining its performance such as honey, custard and hand gels.

Installation is very easy, no mounting bracket required and able to mount in any orientation.

Pumps debris; suspended solids without clogging or hampering performance.

The reinforced diaphragm material offers significant reliability advantages over existing solenoid technology.

Low cost alternative to unreliable peristaltic pumps in the long term.

Runs dry, mean that the pump wont burn out and reduces the likelihood of organic growth in the tubing

Can be bespoke made with multiple material and motor options available so that the pump can be tailored to particular applications.

Will It Pump ?

A challenging series where our pumps are put to the test. The "Will It Pump ?" Series demonstrates the immense capabilities of the Bevrolution range and showcases the pump's ability to propel increasingly viscous substances.
